Abnormal on TPS51640

Hi ,

In Intel Huron River platform , we have used TPS51640 for CPU&GPU Core . 

We found a few abnormal on TPS51640 , When VR_ON is enable , CPU core rise to 1.2V then reduce to 0.8V but GPU core will follow VR_ON delay 3.5 second to rise 1.2V.

This timming looks abnormal , Can I try something for that .
