We have recently upgraded from the bq27500-V100 to the bq27500-V130. It appears in reading the data flash that the offset for the hibernate current is different between the two versions. The offset for the V100 is 16 which is what the data sheet indicates, but the offset for the V130 appears to be 14.
I have programmed each of the two chips (V100 and V130) with the appropriate DFI file and can read the correct data from the Data Flash screen in the EVSW. However, when I use the same code to read the power data block from the two chips, the values for the hibernate current (and hibernate voltage) are different by 2 bytes.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks.
