I am going to run some testing on my end to see if I can see the same issue at 2.2V in the lab and will get to you by the end of the week.

Yes, you can enable all bits of VC_CS_CTRL to diagnose all VC pins for OW.

Current sinks are used on all pins that don't reference GND, so pins 1-6. This way the pins are pulled down so that open wire is detected. Current source is on the ground reference pin/cell line, and this way if there's an open wire on GND, then it is pulled up instead of remaining at GND, which would be undetectable.

Please let me know if there's some details that are unclear.

How are you creating the open wire event? I followed the procedures in the safety manual and was successfully able to read the difference before and after a VC open wire. Here are the commands I used:

//Part 1:

90 00 01 06 01
80 00 02 15 0B

//Create OW EVENT
//Run Part 2:

90 00 01 1A FF
90 00 01 06 01
80 00 02 04 00
80 00 02 15 0B

We creating the open wire like the following picture description. Maybe we have some differences between the HW design. 

Please try to set open wire like the following picture and retest again. If you still can read the difference before and after a open wire. I will try to find another way to diagnostic open wire based our HW design.

I am going to try to recreate this in the lab. I did my OW after Rvc, I don't think there should be a difference if I do the OW before the resistor. Do you not a difference in the OW diagnostic before and after the OW?

I do the OW before the resistor. You can think I disconnect the harness just like the above picture.
