I'm trying to evaluate this software for use within my Organisation but I cannot see why its not been digitally signed.

Could someone shed some like on why TI has done this?

Can you clarify what you mean by "digitally signed". I am not familiar with this.

Most files pushed out by large organisations are digitally signed to show they are authentic and show they are from a Legit source. This App isn't signed so it raises red flags on checking and getting into an organisation.

This is something that the developers did not consider as they were focused on functionality.
