Please download the latest TEST bqStudio version. https://www.ti.com/tool/download/BQSTUDIO-TEST

This one should have the BQZ target files. If not, please provide the screenshot of what you see when you launch bqStudio.

Make sure the device is awake and not in shutdown. You can check the LDO regulator voltages. To wake up the gauge, press the wake button.
