Customers use the UCC20520 device, as the mos current size changes, the delay varies between 800-900ns, the larger the current, the longer the delay.

    Hi Albert,

    A couple questions to better understand the concern:

    • Does this occur with a different driver swapped in?
    • Do you have any waveforms of the deadtime signal?
      • The delay time seen corresponds closely to the programmed deadtime

    Since this seems to be related to the deadtime, could you try lowering the capacitance of the DT capacitor to ~100pF? I am thinking this may be related to the stability of the DT pin internal circuitry.
