I didn't fully understand this question. Do you want to use two TPS25982 in parallel for lower ron or do you want to use double load like 6mF?

About question 2, customer want to use 1pcs TPS25982 per machine, not parallel. 2 machines in total. The 2 output of TPS25982 is connected. The use case is: After the 1st machine start up, Vout =Vin, the second machine start up. At this moment, Vout voltage is higher than 90%Vin, so will it trigger any protection to prevent second machine start up?

I apologies for delayed response.

TPS25982 do not have any reverse current blocking protection. If the output of both the eFuses are tied together and the startup is performed in sequential way, you will have some reverse current flowing in second eFuse. Very high continuous current is not recommended through the body diode of these devices so the customer will have to evaluate this accordingly. They can connect the outputs as this won't trigger any protection as such.
