Hi Team,

Could you please help confirm if there are any potential risk for I2C signal in snapped waveform? From my understanding it shall be okay and electrical test are passed.

Hi Jaden,

Have you functionally tested the I2C lines by reading/writing to the device? The signal should be ok if it falls within the electrical spec however its better to be certain with a functional test.

Can you show the I2C implementation in the schematic? I can help check for any issues with the I2C lines.

Hi Shane,

The I2C write and read function is okay as per test. The I2C signal crosses a level-shifter.

Hi Jaden,

Since the functional test is ok and the electrical parameters you've shown are within the spec, then the implementation is ok. If the customer is interested in I2C level shifters consider using the TCA9509 as well.
