BQ40Z50-R2: Uneven discharge of battery cells

Dear TI experts,

    My battery pack is 8 cells, 4S2P, at the beginning, the charge and discharge are normally.

    but now i found that the cells are uneven durring discharge, which means the cells' voltage have big difference between each other and the pack was protected, DSG FET was disabled.

     please advise what's cause for this issue, below please find the cell voltage screenshot and gg file.

    Hello,

    I see that update status is 0x06. Update status needs to be 0x0E to enable cell balancing. If possible, you might need to manually balance the cells if you are able to access each individual cell.
