BQ79656-Q1: What electrical parameters tell us that the board is in working condition

Hi,

I designed a board with bq79656.before brain storming with program, I would like to verify if everything is ok from hardware side. Kindly please help in this regard i have following electrical characteristics

1	LDOIN	4.5V	GND
2	CVDD	4.4V	GND
3	AVDD	0V	GND
4	DVDD	0V	GND
5	TSREF	0V	GND
6	NEG5V	0V	GND
7	COMH,COML	2.215V	GND

1.Please comment on my schematic and kindly correct me if am wrong

2.Do i Need to check any other parameter which tells about functionality of the device

Hi Mounish,

Regarding your electrical characteristics, do you mean voltage inputted? The output voltage of pins such as AVDD, DVDD, TSREF, etc. are listed in the datasheet.

For more functionalities and necessities, the BQ79616 User's Manual has recommended values and design of BQ79616 board. From the picture it looks ok.

Hi John

Following are my observed value( output values ) after connecting a 16s Pack, why some of the values like TSREF is zero?
