I implement LM5148 buck for two power supplies: +24V to +5V and +24V to +15V on same board, and on sequence +5V, then +15V. They both have +5V connected to VCCX.
Unfortunately, the +15V keeps failing. It does not fail instantly, but occasionally, 4 boards in last 4 months. Please help in identify our problems
