UCC21750: Material selection

Part Number: UCC21750

Tool/software:

I would like to ask whether TI has a high voltage primary side isolation voltage driver chip chip, which needs to meet the following requirements:

1. The isolation voltage of the primary and secondary sides is 3300V or higher, and it needs to be supported to withstand this voltage under long-term working conditions;

2, preferably with Desat (driver chip desaturation protection) function.

  • Hi Tony,

    We currently only have devices that can withstand working voltage of 2121VDC/1500VRMS, for example UCC21750. May I ask why you requested a part with >3300V of isolation voltage? Is it because the bus voltage is very high, if so what is the bus voltage? This can help feed information in our roadmap for future parts.

    Thank you!

    Vivian
