Hi Jasmin,

These are different OPNs (orderable part numbers) that are the same device (which is why all on same datasheet) but with different NVM settings loaded into the part. You can find more about the configuration/NVM settings for each of these OPNs by seeing the TRMs (Technical Reference Manual) for each of these part numbers, found in the same folder.
