Hi Team,
When i try to connect BQ79616 with the GUI, the device is not getting connected. It seems that the device is partially connected, since when i click on the WAKE function, the Green LED on board turns ON. But the cell voltage values is not displayed. The home tab screenshot is attached with the thread. Does anyone face the same issue? I have tried updating firmware to the latest and reinstalled BQAutoEval application. But still the status remains the same. The USB2ANY is connected but the EVM seems to be not fully connected. Can anyone help in this regard.
