Dear Sir,

I use TPS92690 to driver a 8A/14V-16V high power LED, and VIN is 12V.. I also want this boost LED driver with SHUNT MOSFET functionality, can I add a MOSFET paralling with LED, just like TPS92641(RED line)?

No, you can't do that. TPS92690 is boost device. You can't short output to gnd directly as input voltage will be short to gnd via inductor and output diode without any protection.
