Please refer the mentioned thread. What losses occur in an active clamp MOSFET? I'm using an active clamp MOSFET as a 650V GaN FET.

Hello,
I found a white paper on active clamp PSFB at the following link.
I reviewed the paper and the clamp FET current is triangulator.
I would estimated the FET losses are based on triangular current and switching losses.
Clamp FET Power Dissipation Estimation = (FET_Peak_Current/2)*Vswitsch*(tr+tf)*frequency + (Ipeak*(FET_conduction_time*frequency/3)^0.5)^2*Rdson
