Thanks for reaching out.
I found the following points:
- You should add a resistor to properly bias TL431.
- A zener diode has to be added to protect TL431, as the abs max. rating will be exceeded otherwise.
You can also refer to this reference design: PMP22764 reference design | TI.com
Also you should check if the transformers saturation current is high enough to sopport the max. primary current of around 22A.
The rest seems to be good.
