Hi team,
I see in LM74810 datasheet, it states that the absolute maximum rating between OUT to GND is -0.3~70V, so inside the LM74810 chip, there is a diode connected in reverse direction between OUT pin and GND pin?

Hi Alan,
It will not clamp to -0.3V. If the voltage across OUT to ground, go beyond -0.3V while ANODE is positive, the device will be damaged.
