TPS653854A-Q1: I requested the full datasheet for this part and I got denied.

Part Number: TPS653854A-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS653853A-Q1, TPS653852A-Q1, TPS653850A-Q1

Tool/software:

Hello,

I own a US based electronics design and manufacturing firm. Route 66 Controls LLC (route66controls.com)

We use mostly TI ICs in our designs and even prior to this, I had access to other safety datasheets. Now we are using TPS653854A-Q1 for a new project. We even have the physical ICs. But my request to get the full datasheet is denied with no explanation. And there is no one to contact.

So how can I request access to this datasheet? And if not, can we return all of the TPS653854A-Q1s that we bought?

Thanks

  • Hi Pourya,

Thanks for reaching out. Access to the secure folder requires an active NDA with TI. Can you please confirm your NDA status, as the lookup I performed for Route 66 Controls that you mentioned, I was not finding one. Your myTI account also is listing a different account name than Route 66 Controls however? Is there another name the company operates under, maybe there is a confusion there that caused the issue?

    Regards,

    Katie

  • Yes, Sorry.  I submitted that question with our other firm, InnoCit LLC.

I asked the question again with out correct account: pourya@route66controls.com

We used to have an NDA with TI with your old system.  I have the files for TPS653850A-Q1, ... TPS653852A-Q1 which are older but for some reason I don't have them for TPS653853A-Q1 or 60

  • Hi Pourya,

When I search our NDAs on file I cannot find one for route 66 controls - this is probably why the access request was denied. NDA is separate from the secure resources system access, but is required for access to be granted for this particular device that you are trying to get. Please reach out to your TI sales contact to request an NDA/check NDA status, and after that is sorted out we can work through the secure folder access request. If you do not have a TI sales contact, please go to support.ti.com and near the bottom under "customer support" submit a support ticket or call one of the numbers listed there, requesting NDA.

    Regards,

    Katie
