Tool/software:

We are using a PFSB topology with HVDC voltage=400v & Fsw=80KHz .Gate driver is used to drive IPDQ65R040CFD7A coolMos. A 15V Supply provided to VDDA & VDDB . The Bootstrap diode used is US1MHE3 with VRRM=1000V & Rboot=2 ohm. The Gate Driver voltage=15v.Currently we are using 4.7uF ceramic capacitor parallel with 100nF ceramic caps between VDDA and VSSA(Cboot). Similarly between VDDB &VSSB(Cvdd).

1)What is your recommendation value for the capacitor Cboot &Cvdd?Will circuit be affected if capacitor value is increased or decreased?

2)What is the recommended value for bootstrap Resistor?
