EV2400: My laptop cannot detect the EV2400 device.

Tool/software:

My laptop OS is windows 11.

At first i downloaded Support components to enable specific TI software (bqEVSW) to work with EV2400  from the EV2400 page and then I connect EV2400 to my laptop. it cannot detected. 3 LEDs were still on. I tried to connect with another laptop that use Ubuntu, it can find.

Do you have any USB driver for this device?

    Hello, 

    The EV2400 should be recognized as a HID device. I recommend trying this with a windows based computer. Outside of what is provided on ti.com, we do not have any additional EV2400 drivers to provide.
