I wanted to know the drop across internal MoSFET of NIRQ pin to consider the pull-up. Is Vol in the datasheet the same which I am referring to?

Thank you for your question!

That is correct. Vol in the datasheet is the same as the voltage drop across the drain and source of the internal MOSFET of the NIRQ pin.

Hello Andrew,

Thanks for confirming. I needed the drop across the MOSFET @ -40 deg C. How much tolerance can i consider for the -40 temperature. It would be helpful if you provide the information as well

The Vol spec is full temp range (down to -40 deg C).
