Tool/software:
In the near full-charged state (voltage of 16.5V) of the 4-series 3V lithium-ion battery, the RSOC, remaining capacity, and FCC reported by the battery meter show abnormalities, all of which are 0, and the SOH is 80%.
Checking the resistance chart, we found that the two resistance charts were very different, differing by a factor of 7
Charge the RSOC with the charging adapter until it is fully charged. The RSOC jumps from 0% to 100%, with a remaining capacity of 10.197Ah, a FCC of 10.951Ah, an SHO of 96%, and a reported low-capacity capacity of 14.5Ah.
Abnormal batteries are subjected to a standard charging and discharging cycle at a rate of 0.2C, during which the Log data is recorded and the internal resistance chart is examined. It is found that the data is normal and the discharge accuracy error is less than 3% at a discharge rate of 0.2C.
Related abnormal phenomenon pictures, abnormal configuration files, and test data have been uploaded.
