Hi,
I want to calculate the power loss of the IC where the max dissipating component would be its internal MOSFET.
In the datasheet only Rdson is mentioned which can only give me conduction loss information but nothing on rise time, fall time for switching loss estimation.
Can you please share the t_rise / t_fall to estimate the switching loss or Crss, Ciss, Coss, Vgate, Vth to estimate the Trise and Tfall?
