Hello,

With a VS of 13.5V the external current limit can be adjusted from 0.5A - 7A.

this value is per channel.

In addition to this can you please tell me how to calculate power dissipation for this high side switch ? 1)At channel 1 current limit is set to 250mA @ 12V 2)At channel 2 current limit is set to 180mA@12V

Hello,

When you set the current limit it is per channel meaning the limit would be the same for both channels. But each channel is independent of each other so if the current limit is hit on one channel, the other channel will continue to operate normally. To calculate the Power Dissipation it is P = I^2 * RDSON.
