Could you please explain more about the layout guide from the datasheet "Spacing consistent with safety standards like IEC60950 must be observed between the 48-V input voltage rails " ?

1. What is the spacing requirement exactly? And for 60V ?

2. Why it seems that on the TPS2376HEVM PCB no IEC60950 clearance has been respected ?

Sorry that I do not have IEC60950 access. You can also refer below table from IPC-2221 (referred from https://resources.altium.com/p/using-an-ipc-2221-calculator-for-high-voltage-design) and check the 51-100V spacing. Hope it can help.
