Hi Team,
At present, our company uses BQ27426 as the gas gauge for our product. We use a 4.4V battery with a chem ID of 3412, and we set the cut-off voltage of the battery to 3.5V. When the battery level is displayed as 30%~40% and the video is played at full load, the battery current output is about 5A, and the battery voltage drops from 3.8V to 3.5V. After playing the video for a period of time, the battery level jumped directly from 30% to 40% to 0. At this time, using EV2300 to read the information, it was found that the power meter entered SOC1 and SOCF. What is the reason for this and what methods can be used to solve this problem?
Thank you
Best Rgards
