TPS631000: How to understand recommended max output voltage

Part Number: TPS631000

Tool/software:

Hi,

for the TPS631000 the recommended max output voltage is 5.3V. I want to set the output as high as reasonable possible.

The datasheets states: "If used outside the Recommended Operating Conditions but within the Absolute Maximum Ratings, the device may not be fully
functional, and this may affect device reliability, functionality, performance, and shorten the device lifetime."

So, should the output voltage stay below 5.3V under all circumstances including all chip tolerances (temp, VFB, etc) and ripple or is it sufficient to set the nominal output voltage to 5.3V to avoid undisiered effects as stated in the datasheet?
