TPS22963C: Reverse current protection when VIN and ON pins are unpowered

Hi TI team,

Is the reverse current protection still valid if the "VIN" and "ON" pins are un-powered, while the "VOUT" has a voltage applied to it?

I.e If 3.3V is applied to "VOUT" but there is no voltage applied to "VIN" and "ON", will there be current flowing into "VIN"?
