Tool/software:
Hi team,
Why are the electrical specifications different for the D and DGK packages of UCC27524 (slusbp4c)?
The propagation delay time has increased with the change from Rev.B to Rev.C, but is this because the method of specification has changed?
Or have the IC specifications themselves changed?
Best regards,
Hey,
Thank you for reaching out to TI with your questions regarding the UCC27524A.
The IC specifications were changed in the latest revision for the DGN package but not for the D package as defined in the revision history.
Thank you,
William Moore
Hi Willam,
Why do the electrical specifications differ for each package?
The datasheet for the UCC27524A-Q1 has also been updated, but both packages have the same specifications.
Best regards,
Hey,
You are correct, the UCC27524A-Q1 datasheet has been updated and the datasheet revision history reflects that. As mentioned before, the datasheet for the UCC27524A has also been updated for the DGN package and not the D package, which is reflected by the revision history of the datasheet.
I will reach out via private message for further inquiry on this.
Thank you,
William Moore
