LM62440-Q1: Can LM62440 can start-up after momentary disconnection of power?

Hello experts,

My customer would like to know whether LM62440 can start-up after momentary disconnection of power.

In momentary power disconnection test, when output capacitor cannot fully discharge, can LM62440 can start-up appropriately?

Or is there any condition which must be met before the start-up?
