Hi team - Do we have any data for the expected current through VCC2 when the IGBT/SiC gate is fully charged and therefore fully on? So the current that may be sourced to keep the gate charged?
I expect there are multiple variables including the IGBT/SiC being used, the external gate resistance, which OUTx channels are being used, etc., but do we have any data about this?
