Tool/software:

We are using TPS22995RZGR load switch, as per datasheet this load switch is having the internal pull down of 500k but when we are checking the load switch is still generating the output voltage when Enable signal is not coming.

When we have connected the multimeter for checking the enable signal suddenly the output is turned off and when we press this load switch also with hand the output is off. We always to connect the external pull down to provide the default state.

Kindly check this issue and help to resolve.

Hi Udesh,

Can you confirm if your concern is that you see Vout when EN is low.

Can you test this with some discharge path at output (like use 1kOhms resistor).

This part has the internal pull down but i think it is not working, we we are connecting the external 100k pull down to enable pin then only the load switch output is off when EN is low.

Did you check this? If not, please check this with both EN externally pulled down with 100k and without external pull down.
