BQ24250: I2C No ACK return

Hello, E2E.

We have been used for years this device(BQ24250).

In recently our production, there are some I2C communication error between our SoC and BQ24250.

No ACK is returned like below wave-form.

I think I2C wave-form is NOT bad, why BQ24250 does not return ACK?

*This wave-form is taken 700ms after insertion Battery or VBUS, VBAT and VIN is already stable.

Thank you for reaching out via E2E.

I have reviewed the provided waveform and do not see a nACK as you describe. The waveform appears to show a write transaction and I can observe an ACK from BQ24250 after each byte then a stop command after the 3rd byte.

There does not appear to be an issue with communication shown in the waveform. Can you please double check. For reference I have attached an application note from TI on understanding the I2C Bus.
