UCC28951: Pspice for TI model of UCC28950 does not work

Hello,

This is first time I use PSpice for TI. I want to simulate phase shift full-bridge converter using UCC28950/28951. In the TI library of Pspice for TI, there is UCC28950_TRANS model but when I tried to use that model, this window popped up:

I tried to download the model from the TI website (slum169C) and add it into the library but the result is the same.

Can you tell me how to fix this?

Hello,

I down loaded the PSpice Transient model and ran it on TI PSpice.

The simulation appears to be running without it issue. There are a couple of error messages up front but the simulation runs.

I did check the TI library for parts and the UCC28950/1 model is not present. However, you should be able to modify the transient PSpice model to simulate your design.

I am going to forwarded this request to the TI PSpice team so they can get the model release in the TI PSpice library.

To whom it may concern. When you have a chance could someone from the PSpice team look into why the UCC28950/1 PSpice model is not part of the TI library?
