TPSM843620: Thermal information

I found a jedec (not evm) thermal model that simulated a  theta JA 43.8C/W and psi jb 13.8C/W.

No, the information in datasheet and above are the only data I have. I will have to submit a request to have theta jb and jc simulated

Do your product line currently have a plan to add jedec thermal information including theta jb and theta jc? I think almost of our device and competitor device have jedec thermal information to easy comparison each other.

If there is no plan, please let me know if we can assume theta jb value is very similar to psi jb if we simulate theta jb value?

My understanding is that there should be a jedec information in the datasheet.   

Regardless of the current state and strategy, I requested a thermal model to determine the information you need.     

I requested the model and update for next week.  I will post an update here, once I get you the info.
