TPS23730: TPS23730 Simulation files

Thanks for reaching out! We do not have a Spice model for TPS23730. Its PWM controller is peak current mode with integrated error amplifier integrated and PSR can be applied. You can use a general flyback controller with similar function to simulate.

Thank you for your response. Can you please provide some PD controller IC's which are similar to TPS23730 IC Specifications those you mentioned above which are having Spice models to simulate.

Could you help to find a flyback model to support Vangala to do a simulation? Below is the requirements. Thanks!

- No FET/magnetic integrated 

- PSR flyback

- Vin = 37 - 57 V

- Peak current mode

- Operating frequency = 250 kHz

- Pin <= 60W
