we are using HSD TPS2H160BQPWPRQ1 .
we observed the Humming noise during the output short circuit with ground test.
Using Rcl – 1K ( 2A inrush current limit)
Per channel continues load requirement- 550mA
Let me know what is the possible reason for humming noise during output short circuit test. How we can fix it?

This sounds like the piezo effect and would be harmless. Is there any specific concern on the device functionality?
Capacitors on the input can often make this sort of noise. You could remove some of the bypass capacitors, however our recommended component selection for bypass capacitors to optimize EMC performance would be:
