I found the short current response time is 250ns from the datasheet.

Could you tell me where Overcurrent response time is? same as ?

Hello Jimmy,

Sorry for the delay.

TPS2640 has current limiting which limits the current when it's above ILIM until it goes thermal shutdown and Circuit breaker which allows over current for 4ms above the ILIM and then goes off or auto retry based on mode pin.

Please check 9.3.5.1.1 Active Current Limiting, for current limiting and circuit breaker response time and functionality.
