Hello! Please tell me what width is best to make the tracks on the PCB board 
for controlling the gates of power transistors - wide or narrow?

Hi Mike,

Since the transistors are in the high current path of the device, wide traces should be used. In our EVM boards, we use planes for these connections and would recommend doing this as well:

I mean the width of the tracks going from the bq40z50 chip to the gates of the transistors. 
Does their width matter?
