TPS25948: OCP at RCB disabled

Hi team,

When the RCB is disabled for bi-directional power delivery, are overcurrent and short circuit protection working for forward-current (IN to OUT) ? And these protection are NOT working for back-current (OUT to IN), right ?

    Hi Morita-san,

    Yes, the protection features like OCP, SCP work only from IN-OUT direction. To implement bi-directional protection feature, two eFuse in back-to-back orientation can be used. 

    Is customer facing any specific issue due to lack of bi-directional protection features?
