BQ51013B: Is it OK to connect the OUT pins of two BQ51013B together with one of them not powered?

Tool/software:

We have two separate charging coils (long story). Only one of them will be energized at a time. Is it possible to connect the OUT pins together without harming the non-powered chip? Will any current flow into the OUT pin?
