IS THERE A PAD ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PART? AS THE SPEC INDICATES AND IF SO WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS

THE VIEW ON SHEET 1 OF THE SPEC INDICATES THAT THERE S/B A 4TH PIN 'INPUT'  HOWEVER THE PACKAGE DRAWING NDE0003B DOES NOT GIVE ANY DIMENSIONS FOR THE PAD.

    Hi Laura,

    I don't believe there is a pad other than the tab with the hole cut out. This package is intended to be upright and screwed onto a heatsink, so the tab is all that is necessary.
