Hi Dave,

I wasn't able to find the 3D model in Ultra Librarian. The model in our Altium file is a simple extruded shape (see image below). If you're okay with using that model, I'm happy to share it with you. If you need a more detailed version, please let us know the purpose of the 3D model, and I can consult with the CAD team about creating an improved version. However, please note that it may take some time.

On one of our previous products you guys provided a 3D model of the PTH08T220WAD power supply model which helped us design a proper heatsink to the module.

I was hoping to get a similar 3D model of the PTH12030WAD power supply module, again so we could design a heatsink on a new product under development. 

You can send me that extruded shape 3D model since it is better than no model at all, but we would prefer to have a complete 3D model since the part has a very irregular shape.  We are not in a real hurry so we can wait if your team has the resources to create the complete model.

I have contacted the CAD team and am awaiting their response. In the meantime, here is the simple extruded 3D model of PTH12030WAD generated from the Altium file.
