TPSM863257: Seeing poor regulation, under nominal (not max) load

Tool/software:

I have a board with two TPSM863257RDXR, generating 3.3V and 5V respectively from 5V

I'm seeing poor regulation and wanted to take corrective action.

I can start with the schematic and then if all looks good, can provide the layout
