BQ76952: Automatic Cell Balancing Disable

To disable autonomous cell balancing, the Settings:Cell Balancing Config:Balancing Configuration[CB_CHG] and Settings:Cell Balancing Config:Balancing Configuration[CB_RLX] configuration bits should be cleared. More information can be found in Section 10.1 Cell Balancing Operation of the BQ76952 Technical Reference Manual.

Section 3 Stand-Alone Balancing Algorithm and Settings and Section 4 Considerations for a Host-Balancing Algorithm in the Cell Balancing with BQ769x2 Battery Monitors application note should help more regarding host-balancing.
