BQ78350-R1: Issue with Fixed EDV Configuration on BQ78350-R1 Under High Discharge Rates

Part Number: BQ78350-R1

Tool/software:

Dear TI Support Team,

I am currently using the BQ78350-R1 in a Fixed EDV configuration and encountering two issues during high-current discharge tests:

  1. FCC Not Updating at EDV2: When discharging at a high rate, I observed that the FCC does not update when reaching the EDV2 voltage threshold.

  2. SOC Not Reaching 0% at EDV0: Additionally, during high-current discharge, the SOC does not update to 0% when the EDV0 threshold is reached.

These issues do not occur when discharging at lower current rates. I have attached the GG file, along with logs for both high and low discharge rate tests, for your reference.

Could you please help me understand the reason for this discrepancy? Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on how to improve or resolve this behavior under high discharge rates.

Thank you for your assistance.4606.GG File.gg.csvHigh current rate.csvLow current rate.csv
