last led on dim in last 2 pictures. when leds are on dim., they shouldn't be on at all.

Thank you for sharing, the configuration of the LEDs within the schematic looks correct. when the LED is becoming dim, can you please confirm whether any current is being received to the dim LED at this time?

Thank you for sharing. In the log file I see that RSOC is 35% where LED 1 and 2 should be on, but there is the dimming from LED3. Along with the current at this time, can you please tell us what is being seen from the LEDCTRLC pin? If this is being pulled low while LEDCTRLB is outputting a high to turn on LED2, we could have a better idea of what is going on here.
Also, I see that bq40z50-R2 is being used here. We recommend that the latest firmware is used which is the V5.04 version found below:

Here's the latest:
We had some time to play around with the LED combinations and scope the LED lines.
Attached are waveforms at the three LED lines with reference to battery -.
Battery is at 38% SOC, so we should only see the Red and Orange LEDs.
CH1 is the first line in the file name.
Interestingly when we touched the probe to the LEDB line (pin 1), the first green LED would come ON very dimly.

Also, if you share the layout, we can look into if there is maybe an issue with the impedance of the lines going to the LED structure.
