TPS25751: How to enable/disable VCONN swap capability

When we were doing PD compliance tests, we encountered issues related to VCONN swap. Our device will still send a VCONN_Swap message when the test plan expects VCONN_Swap_To_On_Supported = No.

We would like to know if USBCPD ACT still allows setting the VCONN_SWAP field? If allowed, how should we set it? If not, what should we do?

    VCONN swaps are enabled by default in source-only, and DRP configurations. For sink-only, VCONN swaps are disabled. 

    In the VIF, the VCONN swap fields should be set to "YES" if you selected any one of the following configurations:
