BQ25303J: Can't get 3A charging

Hello there,

I am trying to build 18650 li-ion battery charger in my system. Aimed to charge the battery with 3A at 5V. But I can't get 3A pumping in the battery, the power supply shows 1 - 1.2 - 1.5 A once it hit 2A. The IC is hand-soldered. Could you review my design?

Battery line is in one of the mid layers, not on bottom or top.
